We have valve guides for Evolution, Twin Cam, Shovel and Pan engines. Manganese bronze and cast iron. See the charts below for part numbers and applications.

Manganese-Bronze valve guides for all Evolution Big Twin, Sportster and Twin Cam engines.

We believe manganese-bronze to be the best valve guide material available. These guides must be finish honed to size by the installer. We have made them shorter to accommodate higher lift cams. The tops are grooved for positive seal retention.

Installed heights would be .650” for intake and .685” for exhaust.

Before we started using these guides in Pans and Shovels, we saw a lot of premature wear and galling with any kind of valve stem.

These guides greatly extended service life.
