This machined piece fits in S&S breather gears used on Big Twin models from 1936-99. It requires the removal of the breather screen to install. The air ramp increases air flow through the breather gear. Stock flows 34.4 CFM and after installation flow increases to 54.87 CFM @ 10" test pressure. The result of increased flow frees up engine RPM and power output’.
