Breather Ramps and AZZ Valves

HQ-3500 - Breather Ramp

This machined piece fits in S&S breather gears used on Big Twin models from 1936-99. It requires the removal of the breather screen to install. The air ramp increases air flow through the breather gear. Stock flows 34.4 CFM and after installation flow increases to 54.87 CFM @ 10” test pressure. The result of increased flow frees up engine RPM and power output’.

HQ-3505 - AZZ Valve

These are used on crankcase ventilation lines for engines breathing through the cases and/or heads. These valves only breath one way to eliminate dirt inhalation and air reversion. Aids in positive crankcase ventilation. For use on all Big Twins of all years (except models that only breath through the heads)
